Motorway & A-road Breakdowns: If you've broken down on a motorway, move to the hard shoulder, exit from the left-hand door and call us. We can attend safe recovery points or motorway service areas. For motorway hard shoulders, Highways England must first authorise recovery — call 0300 123 5000 and then call us.
